Rollup merge of #86387 - JohnTitor:now-no-unused-lifetimes, r=Mark-Simulacrum

Remove `#[allow(unused_lifetimes)]` which is now unnecessary

Seems FP has been fixed, it doesn't need `#[allow(unused_lifetimes)]` anymore.
