PR feedback

- Add `:Sized` assertion in interpreter impl
- Use `Scalar::from_bool` instead of `ScalarInt: From<bool>`
- Remove unneeded comparison in intrinsic typeck
- Make this UB to call with undef, not just return undef in that case
