Rename supertraits of CodegenMethods
.
Supertraits of `BuilderMethods` are all called `XyzBuilderMethods`. Supertraits of `CodegenMethods` are all called `XyzMethods`. This commit changes the latter to `XyzCodegenMethods`, for consistency.
