Auto merge of #83723 - cjgillot:ownernode, r=petrochenkov

Store all HIR owners in the same container

This replaces the previous storage in a BTreeMap for each of Item/ImplItem/TraitItem/ForeignItem.
This should allow for a more compact storage.
