std::io: Add Buffer.lines(), change .bytes() api
- `Buffer.lines()` returns `LineIterator` which yields line using `.read_line()`. - `Reader.bytes()` now takes `&mut self` instead of `self`. - `Reader.read_until()` swallows `EndOfFile`. This also affects `.read_line()`.
