Rollup merge of #35618 - jseyfried:ast_view_path_refactor, r=eddyb

Refactor `PathListItem`s

This refactors away variant `Mod` of `ast::PathListItemKind` and refactors the remaining variant `Ident` to a struct `ast::PathListItem_`.
