Auto merge of #105160 - nnethercote:rm-Lit-token_lit, r=petrochenkov

Remove `token::Lit` from `ast::MetaItemLit`.

Currently `ast::MetaItemLit` represents the literal kind twice. This PR removes that redundancy. Best reviewed one commit at a time.
