* Update JS dependencies

- Update all JS dependencies minus vue and vue-loader
- Adapt to jest 28
- Add new eslint rules
- Tested Mermaid and Swagger-UI

* switch to @happy-dom/jest-environment for faster tests

* bump eslint env to es2022
